 - Hire of Church Halls -

The Church has 5 modern halls available to business, commerce, community organisations and individuals. If you'd like to see who are the regular users click Here. Past occasional users include local employers for staff training purposes, parents for children's parties, charities for fund raising activities, couples for wedding receptions and individuals for talks and lectures.

 - Description of Halls -    (seating figures are without tables).

2 Caerketton seats 40.  Wooden floor and high ceiling.
4 Frogston seats 150. Wooden floor, lower ceiling. Partition if required.
5 Buckstone seats 180 in main hall.  Wooden floor. Stage if required.
6 Caiystane seats 60.  Carpeted floor.
7 Swanston Seats 80. Half hall usually available.

 - Hall Availability -  - Contact Charles Greenslade the Church Centre Coordinator for information.

 - Hall Letting Information -

Basic Charge - £16.00 per hour for each of the five halls.
Weekend Charges
and occupation after 10.30 pm - £25.00 per hour for each of the five halls.
Children’s Parties - £16.00 per hour for Monday to Friday including the use of the kitchen or £25.00 per hour for Saturdays and Sundays including the use of the kitchen.

Single lets should be applied for by telephoning the Church Office directly.

Further advice is available with regard to the "Guidelines for use of Church Kitchen" compliance with which is a hall letting condition. A copy of this will be available at the time of booking.

 - Contract Details -

In all cases a contract will be entered into at the time a firm booking is made. Additional rules and regulations, e.g. Fire Prevention, will be supplied as part of the letting agreement. Contact Charles Greenslade the Church Centre Coordinator for more information without obligation.
