- Who Are We?
-
Fitness League, a well-established nationwide exercise
network, supported by Sport England, is a founder partner of the Exercise
Movement and Dance Partnership. Its teachers throughout the UK deliver
classes teaching Bagot Stack, designed to improve posture and well-being
through central control (core stability) and rhythmic exercise to music,
releasing the body's potential for good health. In short it is an exercise
and dance based workout to music which offers a balance of cardio, strength,
stretch and flexibility. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
- What Do We Do? -
We hold convenient and non-competitive classes that bring
the benefits of both exercising and socialising to your neighbourhood.
Fitness League classes are found mostly in local community and school halls.
Forget the loneliness of the long-distance runner or the tedium of the
treadmill and join one of our classes! Exercising together in class is a
more sociable and fun way to keep fit.
Our local classes
are run by Sally Floyd in
the Frogston Hall at Fairmilehead Parish Church on Wednesdays 10am - 11am and cost £4.00 per session.
