The 60-minute Jazzercise class includes
a warm-up, high-energy aerobic routines, muscle-toning and cool-down stretch
segment. Jazzercise combines elements of dance, resistance training, pilates,
yoga, kickboxing and lively
music to achieve weight loss and improved fitness in a friendly and informal
atmosphere.
- What Do We Do? -
We burn up to 600 calories in one fun and
powerfully effective 60-minute total body workout. Every Jazzercise group
fitness class combines dance-based cardio with strength training and
stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn.
Choreographed to today's hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz
dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. Start dancing
yourself fit and change the shape of your body today!
We meet in Buckstone Hall at
Fairmilehead Parish Church on Saturdays from 9.30am - 10.30am starting on
Saturday the 11th of September. Also at
these locations.
- How Do I Join? -
You have to be over 16 to join this class. Dress to
exercise! There are several payment choices and in all cases you pay at the
church hall;
1) £6.00 single visit price.
2) £15.00 monthly, £10.00 joining fee, 12-month minimum.
3) £18.00 monthly, £15.00 joining fee, 6-month minimum.
4) £21.00 monthly, £20.00 joining fee, 2-month minimum.
