- Who Are We?

Scottish Slimmers classes are run by trained and
experienced Class Managers. They provide inspiration, information and motivation.
Our Class Managers are there to teach, support and encourage you to achieve
the weight losses you want. They are experienced in dealing with the
psychological and behavioural aspects of losing weight and know how to
motivate you week in and week out. Anyone over 16, male or female, can join.

- What Do We Do? -
During each class the Class Manager gives an informative
and interesting talk, lasting approximately 20 minutes, which concentrates
on a different aspect of losing weight every week. These inspiring
presentations will teach you about food and food choices but, more
importantly, will teach you about yourself – why you became overweight and
how you can make the necessary changes to adopt a new way of eating for
life! We provide you with the motivation to lose weight and to keep it off.
There is a weigh in after each talk to monitor progress.
We meet in the
Caerketton Hall on Tuesdays at 5.45pm starting on the
19th August 2010.
- How Do I Join? -
Anyone over
16 years of age, male or female, can join our classes. For more information
or to register an interest please contact Pat Lovie via the e-mail icon
opposite... or if you prefer just come along. The cost is £5.50 per session.
