- Who Are We?
-
Two new dance/fitness groups organised by Hazel Carr and based in the Buckstone
Hall at Fairmilehead Parish Church.
- What Do We Do? -
Zumba is the latest Latin dance/fitness craze. It uses
Merenge, Cumbia, Salsa, Samba and Reggaeton music and dance moves. This
unique fitness class aims to get your heart pumping and your feet tapping.
We meet on Mondays in the Buckstone Hall from 4.45pm to 5.45pm starting
on September 6th and on Fridays between 4pm and 5pm starting on September
10th. We charge £4.00 per session.
- How Do I Join? -
Anyone can
join in who is reasonably fit and active. Comfortable clothing and trainers
that don't have a lot of grip are best (running trainers etc).
For more information or to register please contact Hazel Carr by e-mail
(button opposite) or by phone on (0131) 440 0861 but, if you prefer, just to
turn up and get ready to party!
