A WARM WELCOME

We are a welcoming, open and inclusive church, for all ages and we have lots on and not just on a Sunday!

A MESSAGE FROM OUR MINISTER

We truly are a warm and welcoming church, all of us at different stages on our journey of faith, some of us come with doubts, others with none at all.  Whoever you are, nothing is asked of you while you are with us. You don't have to be a member and you can come along on your own, or with family or friends.  We offer a range of fun activities and learning for children on Sundays too.  We have many young families here in our church and your children are most welcome to join in too - they can be as noisy or as quiet as they wish!

We hope to see you and meet you in person soon, be it on a Sunday or weekday. For more information regarding what is on during the week please look at the What’s On page. No previous church connection is needed to attend any of our events.

Blessings

Rev Cheryl McKellar-Young, Parish Minister

OUR BELIEFS

WE WORK HARD & PRAY TO BE

In the New Testament in Acts 2: 46-47 we are given a good description of the early Christian communities, the ways they worshipped God made known to them in Jesus and welcomed others, the way they engaged and evangelised, and learned and loved one another.

“They followed a daily discipline of worship in the Temple followed by meals at home, every meal a celebration, exuberant and joyful, as they praised God. People in general liked what they saw. Every day their number grew as God added those who were saved.”

Acts 2: 46-47. The Message Bible

At Fairmilehead Parish Church we believe that the church is not the building but the people and that through our faith and action, Jesus is present in the world today.
